It hit Haiti even worse. Hurricane season has devastated Haiti, a country that was already suffering from a severe food crisis. The back-to-back storms of Hanna, Gustav, Fay, and Ike have left 800,000 people – nearly half of them children – in desperate need of emergency food and other vital help.
